Neither the freight Company nor Net Comercializadora are responsible of the Client´s absence, mistakes and other circunstances when the delivery procedure could not be complited. To send the package again, the Client must paid the freight cost again. Any other money charge will be done except the freight cost mentioned.

For sales returns, you must send us the items as well as we sent to you, during the 30 days after the delivey time. No damages, breakages or missing goods are allowed on sales return items. An explanation letter is required, with the money refund instructions.
